Temporary Shipping Notice
Please note:
Humbled Faith will be travelling for brand expansion from 13 May to 21 May 2026. Orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped from 22 April onwards. By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and accept the extended dispatch timeframe.
📦 Processing Times
All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During new collection launches, sales, or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
🚚 Shipping Within Australia
We use Australia Post and trusted courier partners to deliver your Humbled Faith pieces safely.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping is charged at a simple flat rate, no matter where you’re located in Australia or what you order. Your shipping total will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
🌍 International Shipping
We’re delighted to offer international shipping to selected destinations.
A flat-rate international shipping fee applies to standard mainland metropolitan areas. Due to carrier limitations, shipping is not available to certain remote regions, non-mainland territories, islands, rural areas, military addresses, or high-risk destinations.
If an order is placed for a location that falls outside our standard service areas, we will contact you to arrange a custom shipping quote or offer a full refund.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary by destination and customs processing, and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
🎀 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
💌 Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once handed over to the courier. However, we will always do our best to assist you in locating your order. If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at hello@humbledfaith.com.au
💫 Preorders & Handmade Items
Some items are made to order or on preorder. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated in the product description. Ordering multiple items may result in your entire order being shipped together once all products are available.
🌷 Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to adjust shipping details.
